Refund Policy
Due to the nature of advisory and consultation services provided by YPG ADVISORY, all payments made are generally non-refundable once the service, consultation, or processing work has commenced. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the company. If a refund is approved, the processing period may take between 7–14 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Customers are advised to notify the company at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
YPG ADVISORY reserves the right to reject repeated cancellations or abuse of booking arrangements.
